Return & Exchange Policy
At The Inba, we strictly do not offer returns. However, exchange is available under specific conditions subject to verification.
1. Exchange Conditions
An exchange is exclusively available for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item
- Size unfit
2. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
To claim any exchange for damaged, wrong, or unfit size items, you must provide an unboxing video. The video must be:
- Clear and continuous (unedited).
- Recorded from the very moment you open the sealed package.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will be strictly rejected.
3. Claim Window
If you face any of the issues mentioned above, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please share the unboxing video and clear photos of the issue via WhatsApp or our official email.
4. Order Modifications
Please note that once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Always verify your items before paying.
